The detached holiday home, renovated in 2019, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
