Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this three-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened patio with tables and chairs. A laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or primary bedroom, or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in each condo.



The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort also boasts sports courts (tennis, basketball, and volleyball), and Ping-Pong, foosball, and pool tables. The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more! The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.
