Grocery 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bakery 300 m, bus stop "La Môle, Place de la mairie" 200 m, sandy beach "Les Marines de Gassin" 15 km. Sports harbour 14 km, sailing school 14 km, minigolf 13 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parc d'attractions Azur Park 12 km, Port Grimaud 13 km, Saint-Tropez 18 km, Le Lavandou 22 km, Toulon 52 km, Nice 118 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 13 km.
4-room apartment 83 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESCAFE DOLCE GUSTO) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 67. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Un appartement calme, dans une résidence agréable et permettant la cohabitation de plusieurs couples. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir disposé de 2 jeux complets de plips pour l'ouverture de la porte de l'immeuble et de la piscine. Le nombre de couverts n'est pas suffisant. Il n'y a qu'une possibilité de stationnement dans la résidence, le parking sous terrain.

Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme schmutzig, nur oberflächlich gereinigt Die Garage hatte einen Schmutzwasser-Einbruch...die Garagennummer , für den Zugang, musste nachgefordert werden. 2 Türen in der Wohnung schließen nicht. Markiese für den Balkon muss nachgerüstet werden, wäre wünschenswert. Der Ort La Mole ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Gegend geeignet. 3 gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betreuung vor Ort war gut.

Gern informieren wir Sie darüber, dass das für die Reinigung zuständige Team über Ihre Kommentare informiert wurde und es wird zukünftig besonders auf die Sauberkeit achten. Es tut uns leid, dass diese Faktoren Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben, wir hoffen dennoch, dass wir Sie erneut in einer unserer Ferienunterkünfte begrüßen können.

Séjour très agréable dans petite copropriété calme et accueillante. La Môle est une commune bien positionnée pour rayonner facilement sans trop de kilomètres à parcourir. Sentier forestier non loin du bâtiment.

Réservation compliquée, paiement par carte rédhibitoire, dossier préinscription trop compliqué, accueil pour les clés tardif faisant perdre 1 journée Appartement conforme à la description Ménage non fait à notre arrivée, évacuation d'une douche bouchée, dessous canapé déchiré, manque cafetière électrique, grille pain, poubelle de 20 litres pour appart de 6 personnes dans cuisine, pas de 1er sac dans aucune poubelle

Merci de votre commentaire. Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que la douche a été débouchée au plus vite pendant votre séjour, ainsi que la cafetière électrique a été ajouté. Le propriétaire est informé des détériorations du canapé, et une grande poubelle a été de plus ajoutée.

Très bon séjour

Appartement fonctionnel pour 3 couples (3 chambres avec salle d'eau+wc). Emplacement à proximité des commerces de 1ère nécessité et avec un accès direct à de nombreuses possibilités de ballades / randonnées dans un environnement verdoyant et/ou bord de mer.
