The villa is tired and needs some modernisation. We were surprised with the small levels of itinerary - there was only 1 kitchen knife, no washing up liquid, no cleaning cloths, not enough wine glasses, no light bulbs outside etc.. Outside needs some attention, bare patches of earth, boarders are scruffy etc. The villa is just off the main strip so an excellent location for the younger generation who want to party all night and sleep all day. There is no access to the villa after 8pm by car.

The villa is located just off the main strip in Albufeira and it can’t be accessed after 8pm by car. The villa is described as rustic, but is a little tired and could do with modernisation. We were surprised that no basics were supplied (no washing up liquid, no cloths etc!). Attention to detail could be better, we only had 1 sharp knife for cooking, no light bulbs outside, not enough wine glasses etc. Because of the proximity to the strip, each morning we had to sweep away broken glass just to get the car out! It is extremely noisy from 4pm to 5am and our neighbours were all stag parties! This villa would certainly benefit younger people who want to party all night and sleep all day.

Es fehlt leider in der Beschreibung das das Haus 100 Meter in einer Sackgasse liegt und wegen der Partymeile von 20.00 Uhr bis 4.00 Uhr mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen ist. Ferner spielt die Disco Musik bis 6.00 Uhr morgens. Wirklich Schade aber die Wohnung ist für die Lage zu teuer.

la villa était très bien mais située trop près de la rue festif dans la musique toutes la nuit donc pas adapté pour des familles avec enfants .....
