Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
I've never left a negative or even somewhat unenthusiastic review before, but I felt like people should know what they're getting with this listing. It didn't match the pictures in the listing; it wasn't the same apartment. The listing says that you will be "in" the historic building, but this unit was separate and was not as nice, or as large, as the pictures. I reviewed the listing but didn't find anything that said you might be placed in a different unit. I decided to stay, because I was there for work, was tired when I got in, and just dealt with it. I did have to go buy some supplies.Pros:- Good location, accessible to the hospital district, near a bus line, not far from a good park and the harbor area. A nice, trendy bar across the street.- Quiet and secure. Gated entrance to the courtyard, cipher lock on the door.- Shaded courtyard. - Pet friendlyCons: - Items missing: Plates. Linens (There was one stained kitchen towel and some stained potholders. Two bath washrags, one stained hand towel, and one bath towel for two people for ten days). Dirty/rusted dish rack. Frying pan erosion, not usable. - Cleanliness: Not too bad, but spiderwebs in corners, dirt on windowsills. Looked like it just hadn't been taken care of properly for a long time.- Mattress pad very tattered, could feel the roughness through the sheets.- Messaged the host to ask how to access the onsite laundry facility, never received an answer. Also never received check out instructions.
