Landscaped with lush tropicals and cactus. Completely remodeled in 2013 inside and out. The house is located within a 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants/Bars and San Clemente Pier and beaches. It's the perfect place to Relax in the spa or sip a coffee on the front porch.

I am a local business owner and have lived in San Clemente for the last 18 years. I have completely remodeled this home and landscaping over the past 14 years. Over this time my family has grown and we needed a bigger house, but there was no way I was ever going to sell it!

Spanish style in an eclectic beach town

This Spanish style bungalow feels homey from the moment you walk in. The kitchen has all the tools you need for cooking. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

Amazing getaway weekend

We had such a fabulous time. This home was so welcoming. The fire place inside and out, the front porch chairs relaxing. Neighbors so very nice All amenities were well thought of. Was able to show up late and there was wine and coffee already there so we didn't need to run back out

What a great way to celebrate my 50th birthday!

Great San Clemente Location

I stayed for a month and the house was great. I have dogs and the owner even built me a gate so they couldn’t get out. The house was great and had everything I could want. Thank you for your hospitality and if I am ever in the need to stay in San Clemente again I would definitely stay there again.

This Should Not Be a Vacation Rental!! Terrible Experience and Nothing Was Done to Remedy Misrep

Although described in the website as the “perfect place to Relax in the spa or sip a coffee on the front porch,” we could do neither. From the moment we got to the house, we heard nothing but blaring music, screaming, loud banging noises, and fighting noises from the immediate adjacent neighbor in the apartment complex (to our west). We contacted the landlord several times requesting that he contact the landlord of the apartment complex to notify him or her that the tenants were being super noisy and disrespectful. The noise would last the entire day and would go until very late at night, often times getting worse as the night went on. The neighbors were clearly partying (as you couldn’t avoid the smell of pot the entire time). The neighbors would do all of these activities in the courtyard of their apartment complex so it was impossible to avoid the noise and smell. There was simply no way we were going to be able to enjoy the outside of the home or the inside of the home. In fact, we had to close the windows on multiple occasions which resulted in the house being very uncomfortably hot as there is no AC. Even with the windows closed, because they were right outside the house (the apartment complex is very close to the rental house), we could hear the constant noise. This was far from a relaxing vacation. We were forced to leave the house on multiple occasions just to get away from the constant raucous. In fact, my older children decided to go home and not spend the rest of the time because it was so unpleasant. We finally called the police because the noise was so bad and a lot of it consisted of a young child being repeatedly hit. As soon as the police left, it started up again. We went next door to ask if they could please keep it down as it was already 10:30 p.m. and we just wanted to get a good night’s sleep. The family was belligerent and said they weren’t going to stop. At that point, we decided to leave the place before our rental time was up as we feared for our safety. We advised the property owner that we were leaving. He did not respond. It wasn't until we asked for a refund that we received a call from the owner who cursed us out and said we left the house a mess, which was far from the truth. The house was not even that clean when we arrived. We had to clean the bathroom, refrigerator and backyard. The owner should have disclosed that this house is next door to a rowdy apartment complex. Should be 0 stars.

Owner's Response: This renter is a SCAMMER and trying to get something for free by making false claims. They brought an unauthorized pet and left piles of dog feces in the backyard, got tons of sand in the spa, left scooters, chairs, a karaoke machine and other items in the house. They took a key and re-entered unauthorized in to the home after they checked out and their rental had expired. Their car spilled oil all over the driveway and they tried to cover it up with dirt. These people are disgusting and absolute liars and cheats! I have been renting this home for 4 years and have never had a bad review or any complaints about noise.

Beach Escape

We just finished a 2 week stay and can't wait to come back next summer! The location is within walking distance of everything as others have said....no need for a car. After a day at the beach it was so nice to come back to this cozy, comfortable and private home. The yard is beautiful with so much foliage. We sat out mornings and evenings and our dogs enjoyed exploring. The house is set up with everything you could ever need and Todd is extremely accommodating if you have any questions. Thank you Todd for a great and relaxing stay!
