Beautiful property! Wonderful hosts! Great location! Definitely a resort home. Came for my son’s wedding and couldn’t have found a better place for our family. Thank you to the owners and their team for being such wonderful hosts! We will most definitely be back.

Great Host! Very nice house!

We had 7 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. The host is phenomenal. He helps the whole stay from questions answered to recommendations on everything. Loved the backyard the most and so did the kids!! Thanks again for everything, would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful location, Attentive host, Memories with Family

Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!

Annual early Thanksgiving family celebration

The “western White House”, as it is nicknamed, lived up to every rave review. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and has incredible ocean views. The house is nicely laid out, well stocked, and has a spectacular pool with hot tub and water slide. To top it off, the owner was exceptionally communicative and responsive. We highly rethis beautiful home!!

My family had a great time at this VRBO. It is a large eclectic home with a beautiful view. Great swimming pool. Great neighborhood. The host is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Southern Cali

This place was awesome for our trip to Southern California with our kids and grandkids. Great location, wonderful house and back yard. It was comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts are very attentive and great communicators.

Wonderful stay

We came to California for a family visit and this house provided a nice space with plenty of room for two families to stay comfortably and a nice pool with slide, hot tub, cliff side view of the ocean and only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Had all needed amenities for cooking and grilling at home. Plenty of tvs for variety of viewing preferences. The owner was highly available with great dinner and sunset suggestions. He was always very friendly and responsive to every need. If we ever stay in the San Clemente area, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay in San Clemente

Our family loved the house. The pool, view and backyard were amazing. The house is well equipped and conveniently located to everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The host was generous and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Great for family gatherings

Grandma and two families- 5 kids in all. Add we all had a great time! Plenty of space for sleeping, playing and getting away for quiet when needed. The pool was a huge hit, although it took a couple of days to get the 4-year old to go on the slide 😄 Easy to get to the beach and restaurants although we did most of our meals at the house. Everything you need is there for cooking. Host is a communicator so no problems at all. Do it!

Resort-style getaway for families!

We loved staying at this beautiful, resort-style home that was perfect for our family and extended family. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool, water-slide, and spa were a big hit with the kids. There were many, thoughtful extras to help make our stay special and memorable. We look forward to returning!

The Perfect Place

Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood! We had a multigenerational family group to celebrate a family wedding. Perfect set up for 5 families to gather and make wonderful memories. The kids loved the pool and the house had everything we needed and more. Hosts were wonderfully gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed this location and every minute of our time in southern California!

Beautiful, fun property with a gorgeous view!!

Everything was incredible at the house! The pool is always a great temp and the jacuzzi shuts off automatically after a couple hours! Also so many comfortable, clean beds to sleep in for extra guests! Brad was great to deal with and very communicative! We would come back again!

Luxury Trestles Trip

This property is perfect for a family or mid-large sized group and we always try to find a place that accepts our dogs. From the pool to the incredible views this place is pretty perfect on a very quiet street 5 minutes from the trail. We surfed every morning chilled in the private resort style back yard and went out to eat close by each night. Brad is an exceptional host literally at your service 24/7. Great place great host 5 stars for sure! Wife, kids, Grandma everyone loved it we will be back soon.

Perfect vacation getaway

Bradley's home is perfect for those wanting a nice getaway with family and friends with an absolutely amazing pool and spa. The home has a lot of character and charm but is very well laid out for your time in San Clemente. Quick drive to the beach and easy access to just about anything you need. We will definitely be back and the owners couldn't be better! They communicate with you throughout to make sure you are having a great time. 5 Stars without a doubt!!!

Fabulous Stay at San Clem!

This property was beautiful from the moment you drove up, and had amazing views, especially from the patio and Master Bedroom. For the kids and teens, the pool, water slide and spa kept them engaged throughout, while indoors we had plenty of space for our large group of 13 people, with alcoves and rooms to be together, or take a few minutes time apart. And the owners could not have been more attentive and accommodating; the most engaged owners we have ever worked with. I am sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Fantastic property for kids

House was large enough to accommodate our whole family and grandkids. Our plan was to spend time at the beach, however when seeing the backyard and pool everyone decided we didn’t need to leave. Owner couldn’t have been more accommodating!!! He was wonderful and always available to help with any questions we had. Would recommend this property as an A+

Perfect place to make forever memories

We stayed here while in town for our son’s wedding. We wanted a place that we could all gather but also provided enough space for everyone to have a little privacy. This home was perfect! The open concept kitchen and living area provided an indoor space for gathering when the weather was not ideal and the yard gave us the opportunity to spend together outside! The spa was a lovely 100 degrees and enjoyed by many in our group. Kevyn was great at check in with a quick tour. Bradley was an amazing host always in communication answering questions and checking in! We highly recommend this property!

Great spot for fun and relaxation

We stayed at this house for seven days with two families and young kids, and we loved it. The house is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an excellent view. Our kids absolutely loved the pool (heated), which has a waterfall, a water slide, and a jacuzzi attached. They spent hours in the pool each day. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed to cook and enjoy time together. We made several trips to nearby beautiful beaches and enjoyed coming back to the house for sunset cocktails. Would definitely stay here again.
