Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, diameter 2.6 m, 0.7 m deep).
