From the balcony of this penthouse with lift, you can enjoy stunning views of the distinctive Austrian surroundings. Admire the green mountains in summer and the snow-capped peaks in winter; an ideal start to the day! The living room with open kitchen and lots of light is a nice place to gather, and there is parking for 2 cars at the house. Plenty to enjoy, all year round!

The bus takes you in a few minutes to the ski lift of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental gondola, which gives access to one of Austria's largest ski areas. There is also more than enough to do in summer; the offerings range from bathing in a cool mountain lake, e-bike tours (there is a separate storage room in the house for this), hiking, tennis and much more, all just a stone's throw away.

Typical Tyrolean Brixen im Thale has an authentic feel with historic buildings and charming farmhouses. Local restaurants offer delicious Tyrolean dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn and Tiroler Gröstl, and there is a lively après-ski scene for those who like to party.
