Tyler was a great host. When we had an issue, he had someone there quickly to fix the issue. The house was roomy enough for our family of 11.

I stayed at two properties owned by the same company in a recent trip to Blue Springs. I had an on-going family emergency and the host was accessible and accommodating throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience.When we arrived, the outdoor trash cans were already completely full, so we had nowhere to dispose of our trash and had to keep it bagged in the garage for the duration of our stay. The grass had not been mowed, and tree branches along the driveway scratched our vehicles when entering and leaving the property.We also found what appeared to be black mold in one of the downstairs bedroom closets, which was concerning.The biggest issue was the upstairs air conditioning. Despite our efforts, the upstairs remained uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. It became so uncomfortable that part of our family had to book a hotel room just to have a comfortable place to sleep.After our stay, I reached out to the host to discuss these issues. He apologized and asked what I thought would be a fair resolution. I requested a partial refund and followed up multiple times, but unfortunately never received another response.This property has potential, but it needs better maintenance and follow-through when guests experience legitimate issues. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.
