The living room provides a flatscreen digital TV (107cm, HD TV, two satellites: Astra and Hotbird with many German and international channels), digital radio, a DVD player, CD player, a stereo system and games. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms for your own digital devices. There are also digital TVs in the two bedrooms.

There is a big, roofed balcony facing west, towards the valley and lake, with a wonderful view of the lake and the locality. Garden furniture is provided. The balcony is accessed from the living room, the dining corner and the smaller bedroom. There is parking space right in front of the entrance. There is a garage that can be used for bicycles or motorbikes.
