Die Wohnung ist gut und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Insbesondere sind die Küchenutensilien sehr komplett. Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche ist neuwertig. Ein freundlicher Bodenbelag auf dem Balkon. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Damit ist das Dachgeschoss für jedermann erreichbar.
