Heizungsanlage sehr laut, im gesamten Haus zu hören. Das sehr laute brummen des Kühlschranks stört. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt an den Fenstern ein Sonnen- und Lichtschutz. Wenn die Sonne aufgeht wird es taghell durch die 3 Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Bei Sonnenschein heizt sich der Raum stark auf.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, die Betten/Matratzen sehr gut und bequem, die Küche exzellent ausgestattet. Die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos und professionell. Die Vermieter (Haupthaus) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben unsere Auszeit in der schönen Umgebung und der sehr gemütlichen Reetdach Kate sehr genossen. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Haus und der gepflegte Garten auf dem gesamten Grundstück hat uns viel Freude gemacht. Hier macht man gerne Ferien! Großes Lob an die Eigentümer !

Idyllischer Friesenhof

Sehr hübsches Friesenhaus mit antikem Charme und moderner Ausstattung. Wenn die Eigentümer des schönen Hofes das direkt benachbarte Haupthaus nicht gerade selbst als Wochendend- oder Ferienhaus nutzen, lebt man ganz alleine inmitten von Feldern. Der Ort besteht nur aus wenigen Häusern, die sich überwiegend auf der anderen Seite der Deichstraße befinden. Diese Straße endet am ca. 1,5 km entfernten Wattenmeer und ist daher kaum befahren. Die angrenzenden Felder sind bewirtschaftet, man lebt mitten auf dem Land. Wem das gefällt oder wen das ncht stört, der kann sich gut dort sehr erholen!

sehr schönes Ferienhaus, leider nicht ganz wie beschrieben

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage. Leider wurde in dem Inserat nicht erwähnt bzw. war es auf den Fotos nicht erkennbar, dass es sich hier um 2 Häuser mit einer Verbindungstür (zwar abgeschlossen) sowie Durchgang handelt, die miteinander verbunden sind. Das Haupthaus wird durch die Eigentümer genutzt. Die Verbindungstür ist eine Milchglaszimmertür und die Fenster an beiden Häusern verfügen über keinerlei Vorhänge oder Sichtschutz (ca. 4 m Abstand zwischen den Häusern). Außerdem geht man im Haus direkt über die Treppe ins "Elternschlafzimmer", d. h. es gibt hier überhaupt keine Tür, was sehr störend war und auch nicht im Inserat erwähnt worden ist (aufgrunddessen waren beide Schlafräume in unserem Haus nachts durch die Eigentümernutzung hell erleuchtet) . Auch das defekte Elternbett trübte die Urlaubsstimmung, hier war die Kommunikation bzw. Abhilfe leider nicht die Beste. Die Ausstattung sonst war absolut in Ordnung. Der Erholungsfaktor wäre trotz allem sehr groß gewesen, wenn nicht zusätzlich noch plötzlich mit Bau- und Baggerarbeiten am Grundstück begonnen worden wäre, über die wir nicht informiert worden sind und wo es mit der Ruhe dann vorbei war, so dass wir wohl oder übel vorzeitig abreisen mussten. Ferien an der Nordsee war bei uns in allen Belangen leider nur Vermittler und wenig Ansprechpartner.

Entspannung pur

Ich habe wunderbare Tage in dem kleinen, aber sehr feinen, Häuschen verbracht und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Ausstattung und die Kommunikation ist auf sehr hohem Niveau und ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Wasserkocher lies sich nicht öffnen und eine Ausstattung an Salz/Pfeffer wäre optimal.
