Welcome to your cosy two-room apartment on the 1st floor in Wenningstedt—the perfect place for a relaxing getaway by the North Sea!<br><br>This approximately 55 m² holiday rental offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday on Sylt.<br><br>The inviting living room features a comfortable seating area and a practical fold-out bed with two separate beds (each 90x200 cm) equipped with spring mattresses, ideal for extra sleeping comfort. For your entertainment, cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and an internet connection are available. There is also a mini-safe for your valuables.<br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed and offers plenty of space for restful nights. A cot (110x60 cm) can also be provided upon request.<br><br>The kitchen is lovingly and fully equipped: A dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together, and modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave make cooking a pleasure. The high-quality shower room rounds out the cosy atmosphere of this apartment.<br><br>A parking space right next to the house and a bike storage area provide additional convenience during your stay. The daily rate is based on two people; an additional charge of 5 euros per day applies for extra guests.
