FeWo in sehr guter Lage, hell, sehr gut möbliert und mit Geschirr / Utensilien für 6 (!) Pers. ausgestattet, Betten hervorragend, Dusche für Korpulente etwas klein, Arbeitsbereich Küche etwas beengt; WIR HABEN ES GUT GETROFFEN UND UNS SEHR WOHL GEFÜHLT!

Appartement war zentral an der Strandpromenade gelegen, zu Fuß konnte vieles erreicht werden. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietung.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Makeln

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand und zur Einkaufsmeile mit Restaurants u.ä. ist perfekt. Aber der Defekt an der Geschirrspülmaschine wurde bisher leider noch nicht behoben. Auch ich habe, mit verschiedenen Mitteln (Salz nachfüllen, Reinigungstab, flüssigem Intensivreiniger) vergeblich versucht, das Geschirr sauber zu bekommen, was leider nicht gelungen ist und ich am Ende das Geschirr jedes Mal nochmals per Hand spülen musste. In vorhergehenden Bewertungen wurde geschrieben, dass ein eigener Strandkorb inklusive ist, was für mich auch mit ein Kriterium war, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Diese Aussage stimmt nicht mehr, es steht definitiv kein eigener Strandkorb zur Verfügung. Kirsten B.

Also der Geschirrspüler ist definitiv defekt! Bei der 1. Benutzung wahr das Symbol für Salz in der Anzeige zu sehen! Wir haben es sofort mit dem Rest vom Salz aufgefüllt! Nach zweimaligen Benutzen war das Salz schon wieder aufgebraucht! Ein Witz eigentlich! Sonst ist die Wohnung sehr schick und hochwertig eingerichtet! Fahrradkeller ist für E-Bike Kathastrophe! 15.06.23 Quast

Liebevoll eingerichtet, gute Lage, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Besonderer Vorteil: Strandkorb incl. Hinweis an den Eigentümer: Schlafzimmerfenster kann nur mit größter Anstrengung geöffnet bzw. gekippt werden, Wohnzimmertür springt immer wieder auf; einstellen Es fehlen Haken im Bad und im Küchenbereich (zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten) Durch den hohen Esstisch müssten die ansonsten bequemen Stühle auch höher sein Der „Einstieg“ in die Duschkabine „klemmt“ und ist gewöhnungsbedürftig

Entspannter Urlaub mit allem was man braucht.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Total klasse war auch der dazugehörige Strandkorb. Wirklich das einzige Manko waren die dreckigen Gläser und Tassen bei der Ankunft. Die Spülmaschine arbeitete nicht bei jedem Durchlauf korrekt, obwohl wir Salz und Klarspüler nachgefüllt haben. Ansonsten alles prima!!

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Freuten uns unsere Fahrräder im Keller abstellen zu können, nur der Weg dorthin war sehr sportlich. Die Rampe steil und die Stufe an der Kellertür eine kleine Stolperfalle. Gut das wir keine E-Bikes dabei hatten, die hätten wir schlecht dort hinunter bekommen.

Für Paare ideal

In kurzen Worten klein aber fein. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Küche und Bad sind etwas klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wenn der Balkon auch noch gefegt gewesen wäre, wäre es noch besser gewesen. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür. Sie sollte wohl planmäßig bei unserer Anreise schon weg sein, was sie leider nicht war. Dadurch konnten wir den Stellplatz vor der Tür nicht nutzen. Wir haben zwar ca 250 m die Straße rauf einen Ersatzstellplatz bekommen, doch der Weg bis zur Wohnung mit Gepäck war für eine Schwangere doch etwas beschwerlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man ist in 5 min an der Strandpromenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants und am Strand, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden nächstes Jahr definitiv wiederkommen, allerdings müssen wir uns leider nach einer anderen Wohnung umsehen, da die Wohnung für eine Familie mit Kind leider zu klein ist, zum Beispiel bietet das Schlafzimmer keinen Platz für ein Reisebettchen.

Alles super, gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war super sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, hatten wir ein paar mehr Wege vor uns zum Supermarkt, zum Büro zur Schlüsselabholung etc., die aber alle in max. 20 Minuten zu bewältigen waren. Bei Abreise durften wir den Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegen lassen. Danke für einen schönen Kurzurlaub!

Rundum gelungene Urlaubstage

Wir bewohnten das Appartement 2 und waren mit der kompletten Ausstattung und der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung sehr zufrieden. Es fehlte nichts. Die wunderbar zentrale Lage ergänzte zudem unseren "Wohlfühlurlaub". Wäre auch der Balkonboden sauber gefegt gewesen, wären zu jedem Punkt 5 Sterne markiert worden. Im Gesamtblick jedoch ein zu vernachlässigender Umstand. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
