Living space

The main living area is built around an indoor fireplace - the kind of focal point that draws everyone in once the sun goes down. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen without any awkward transitions, so the space feels connected whether one person is cooking and another is on the sofa. Board games are stocked for low-key evenings, the TV handles everything else, and air conditioning and heating keep the inside comfortable whatever Jacksonville's weather is doing outside.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across four beds. Each room is finished with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage - the kind of setup that feels settled rather than improvised. The single-level layout means there are no stairs anywhere in the home, which makes moving around easy for everyone in the group.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the basics, and the kitchen supplies go further - cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and a coffee maker with coffee already provided. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for when you move the cooking outside. The dining table seats the whole group, and the open kitchen-to-dining layout makes shared meals an easy, natural part of the stay.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary includes a bathtub and a separate shower, double vanities, and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer and cleaning products are provided, and both bathrooms have hot water and fresh towels ready for your arrival.

 

Outdoor living

The screened patio leads out to a backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - a setup that works for a slow morning coffee or an evening outside with the group. The hot tub is the centerpiece: screened for privacy, and available whenever you need it. The backyard itself is an open grassed space with room to spread out and genuinely decompress.

The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private entrance and free parking both on the premises and on the street. JAX Airport and the Jacksonville Zoo are around 15 minutes away, and downtown Jacksonville is approximately 20 minutes out - close enough for day trips and easy arrivals, far enough to feel properly away from it when you return.

The home is pet-friendly with pre-approval - a fee applies. Long-term stays are welcome. Self check-in via smart lock means arrival works on your timetable. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and exterior security cameras at the front and rear of the property. Washer, dryer, and iron are available for longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.



There are no shared spaces — everything inside the home is exclusively yours.

Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
