Living space

The open-concept main floor brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together under one sun-filled roof. Sliding glass doors connect the interior to your screened pool and patio - a breezy spot to start the morning with coffee or wind down after a long day at the parks. The lake sits just beyond, giving the outdoor area a quiet, natural backdrop. A half bath and in-unit laundry are also on this level for added convenience.

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are spread across two floors to give everyone their own retreat. On the main level, a king bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom. Upstairs, a second king suite has a private bath, and a room with two queen beds also features an en suite. A twin bedroom and an additional king bedroom share a full bath - a practical setup for larger groups or families with kids. Across seven beds total, the home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything your group needs to cook in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes, silverware, and a dedicated workspace round out the setup for those who need to stay connected between adventures.

With four and a half bathrooms across the home - including multiple en suites - morning routines stay smooth even when everyone's getting ready at once. Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, and hot water. A bathtub is also available.

As part of Festival Resort, your group has access to a wide range of shared amenities: a lagoon-style pool with splash area, golf course, fitness center with climbing wall, clubhouse, bar and restaurant, ice cream parlor, and general store. The private screened pool is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay.

Situated in Davenport, Florida, the home puts you within easy reach of the region's biggest draws. Walt Disney World is roughly 20-25 minutes away, Epcot and Disney Springs are around 25-30 minutes, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 35-40 minutes. For a change of pace, Legoland Florida is about 35-45 minutes away and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is around 30-35 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35-45 minutes from the property.

The home is stocked with starter supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock. Check-in is from 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free parking is on premises.
