Although built in 1920 it was renovated to a high standard in 2004, and now boasts a range of new and modern facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. Situated approx. 20 meters from the neighbouring villa (Casa Peronospora), this detached villa is set in its own well-kept gardens. Downstairs, the spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and has a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. In the living area there is also a convertible sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove, enhancing the cosy, homely atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen has a range of modern amenities and there is a spacious L-shaped bathroom/laundry room which comes complete with an old fashioned, free-standing bath.
