No Parking On Property- We have a parking lot but you can only park for 15 minutes, there is plenty of street parking available.

Potential For Noise- Keep in mind this is a studio apartment and there other tenants and stores on the first floor.

We only allow small size pets. (Usually 25 pounds or under)

Must Climb Stairs- Two floor building.

Surveillance Or Recording Devices On Property- Video Surveillance Cameras monitor the exterior of the building.

Clean Your Dirty Dishes Before Check-Out or You Will Be Charges A $15 Dollar Fee.

No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance

First Hour: $25
Second Hour: Nightly Rate an GUEST WILL NOT BE ALLOW TO STAY.
Third Hour: Guest will be reported to Airbnb and Local authorities to remove guest from the property.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside of the apartment or you will be charge a fine of $250 dollars. However we don’t mind if you wish to smoke please use outside areas.

Damage Linens, pillow covers or stains hat can’t be removed will be a $25 fee.

Towels with unremovable stains a $10 fee.
Any blood stains are a health hazard. Therefore any linens or towels will automatically we replaced.
