Fantastic villa, well maintained and equipped. The host was very friendly and answered all the queries we had. We had a lovely family holiday our age range was 3 years to 80 years and the villas was perfect for us all.We walked into town for shopping and it was a bit of a hill on the way back!

Lors de notre arrivée, une clé était introuvable pour une partie du logement. Cette même partie du logement était prévue pour 2 des 8 personnes du voyage qui n’ont pas pu y rester après avoir retrouvé la clé car cette partie là était étouffante de chaleur faute de Clim.De plus nous avons dû relaver l’ensemble du linge de maison car il était sale ainsi que le frigo, les douches et la vaisselle. Visiblement le prestataire de ménage n’était pas passé avant notre arrivée. De plus, la personne qui s’occupe de la piscine est rentrée sans se présenter dans le jardin pendant que nous déjeunions en haut, musique à fond pour nettoyer la piscine, pas un bonjour ni au revoir et à disparu comme si de rien n’était. La piscine est devenue trouble après cela, il a du surcharger en produits.

Das Haus an sich kann man schon mit "all inclusive" beschreiben. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Grillmöglichkeit im Außenbereich.Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich top ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist auch ein super netter, der relativ schnell (fast immer sofort) antwortet. Die ein paar Mängel, die wir gemeldet haben, hat er sofort in Angriff genommen.... Ob die beauftragten Firmen das nicht sofort ausführen konnten oder wollten... darüber lässt's sich spekulieren .Jedenfalls ist der Gastgeber jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und für keinen erstklassigen Tipp /Empfehlung zu schade. An und für sich hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der phänomenalen Aussicht rund um die Uhr .Das Haus ist ungewöhnlich aufgeteilt und wirkt dadurch noch charmanter. Die oberen Räume sowie das Wohn-/ Esszimmer in der Hauptwohnung sind klimatisiert. Die unterste Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Jeder Raum, der kein Klima hat, ist aber mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Das kleine Örtchen ist gut gelegen und bietet einige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sowie Badegelegenheiten. Wunderschöne kleine Buchten erreicht man locker in 15 Minuten zu Fuß - man bedenke nur den Rückweg (bergauf) . Mehrere Sand- aber auch Kiesstrände sind wunderbar mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Aber auch der hauseigene Pool ist ein Träumchen Wir empfehlen das Haus nach wunderbaren erholsamen 2 Wochen auf jeden Fall weiter

Hallo, wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr nett. Leider hatte es vor unserem Urlaub sehr stark geregnet, so dass Feuchtigkeit in der Einliegerwohnung im EG. Dies war wohl Ursache von muffig/schimmeligen Geruch in dieser Wohnung. Ebenso muss das von einem vorherigen Gast kaputt gemachte Ausziehcouch getauscht werden. Die anderen Bereiche waren diesbezüglich vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht worden, wobei der modernste Bereich oben und der älteste Bereich unten (Einliegerwohnung) zu sein scheint. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was den täglichen Bedarf betrifft. Die Küche selbst ist schon älter und in manchen Ecken hat sich ein wenig Schmutz aus der Saison gesammelt. Hier würde ich als Hausbesitzer noch mal mit den Reinigungskräften sprechen. Für uns war das kein Problem, wir haben pragmatisch die uns störenden Stellen gereinigt. In Summe eine tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage mit wirklich schöner Aussicht und sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir würden bei entsprechender Größe und Behebung des Feuchtigkeitsproblems sicher wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Herbsturlaub

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (zu acht) in der Unterkunft. Es war eine tolle Woche. Man konnte für alle kochen, zusammensitzen oder sich aus dem Weg gehen. Das Haus war sauber und es gibt sogar Spiele vor Ort. Wenn man will, findet man immer Anmerkungen: in einem Bad lief die Toilette etwas und eine kleine Reperatur in der Außenanlage wäre nötig. Aber alles nichts, was den Urlaub negativ beeinflusst hat oder einen Sternabzug wert wäre. Das wichtigste, der Pool, war sauber und großartig für die Kinder. Der Ort steckte in der Nebensaison und war daher sehr erholsam, da nicht alle Straßen und Strände mit Touristen voll waren.

Toller Ausblick, Hundefreundlich

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus für knapp 3 Wochen gemietet. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und herrlichem Ausblick von der Terrasse, sowie großem Pool. Das Auto kann man gut und sicher unter dem Carport neben dem Eingang abstellen. Hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit hier auch mit Hund anzureisen.

Les vacances au soleil à Alcossebre

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à la Casa Isabella. C’était un séjour inoubliable. Nous avons adoré cette maison! La déco est simple et élégante. Le jardin est magnifique (palmes, cactus, citronnier, orangier, pelouse toujours bien taillée). Le patio avec une grande table familiale (10 personnes) et la vue époustouflante! La cuisine est bien équipée pour faire à manger à la grande famille. La terrasse avec les mobiliers jardin confortable. La piscine (de la bonne taille pour nager et jouer dedans) restait illuminée jusqu’à minuit passé et ça avait fait bonheur de toute la famille. Il y a 3 salles de bain, ce qui était très pratique. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des serviettes de bain mais nous marquons un petit b-mol pour les draps de lit. La climatisation A/C dans l’appartement du haut était efficace! Mais dans l’appartement du bas il n’y a que les ventilateurs (nous étions informés de ça). Vu la vague de chaleur, jusqu’à 37 c’était un peu pénible la deuxième semaine, car les 2 ventilateurs suffisaient à moitié. Le WIFI très efficace et rapide!!! Nous étions connectés à 9 téléphones, 2 ordinateurs et rien à bougé. Nous avons demandé Félix les conseils pour les vacances et nous avons et tout de suite la réponse avec des conseils de visites, plages, restaurants dont nous avons énormément apprécié! Pour résumer, notre séjour était superbe! Nous restons sous charme de cette maison et nous la recommandons si vous cherchez un hébergement en Espagne!

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Félix. Il a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des questions pendant nôtre séjour. La villa est très bien équipée,très bien située et la vue est magnifique. Nous recommandons fortement cette location !

Goed!

We hebben 3 weken in deze prachtige woning gebleven. De eigenaar is klantvriendelijk en reageert snel. Het is een grote woning' met mooie uitzicht op zee, 1 minpunt: beneden is er geen airco, maar ventilators. Kortom: een aanrader!
