Guests will enjoy two queen beds and a cozy living room with a full-size sofa bed. The two bathrooms include a soothing bathtub, adding a touch of comfort to your stay. For your comfort each bedroom and living area have mini splits (refrigerated air/heat) to keep you comfortable year-round. Large kitchen with island seating, appliances, dishes, seasonings, and coffee bar. Large front and back porches to enjoy your coffee, drinks, watch the sunrise or sunset, and the wildlife that frequent the area. Whether you’re unwinding outdoors, in the living room or getting ready for the day, you’ll find everything you need right here. Fully fenced yard offers circular parking or straight-in parking. Becky was a wonderful host! The house was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. They had everything needed plus much more for us to feel welcomed and to be comfortable. We loved the big porch to visit with family and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the drinks and snacks that she left for us. We highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be staying again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was a good size for our family of four and was well stocked with all the necessities. It was located close to downtown and not far from the Gila National Forest and cliff dwellings. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

This was our second time here and it was just as excellent as the first time!The place was newly renovated and so clean “ you could eat off the floors “! It felt like a new home, so comfy! The place was easy to find. It is located in an older quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard. One cannot go wrong staying here…it is so MUCH BETTER and CLEANER than staying in any of the “hotels” in Silver City!Becky was quick to respond to any of our questions. We had no issues staying in her VRBO.We look forward to staying here on our next trip! THANK YOU Becky for making our stay WELCOMING & COMFORTABLE!!

Booking this home was very simple. The host had great communication. I had a conference at the high school so the location was perfect because it’s just around the corner. It was also very close to amenities such as the stores and restaurants. The house was very clean. The host was also so sweet to leave some extra snacks for our trip. There was also some book options if you would like to read, and there was also some game options to play while gathering. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well. If you are coming to Silver city and need a place to stay, this is an excellent option and the price is perfect.

This is our second time staying at Becky's. Becky is a wonderful host! She's very communicative and both times she has left lots of drinks and goodies for our family. Her home was also once again prestine and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and you can tell she has put a lot of thought and effort into this one. The large fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy for our family and the beds are extremely comfortable. They have also put up a very nice privacy fence in the back yard since our last trip, making the already nice large back porch even better to hang out on. We highly recommend staying here!

Becky was great to work with!! From the moment we signed on, she kept in communication with us. The place was newly remodeled and very well done. We loved the big kitchen! Well lit and so easy to get things done in! The fridge was large and had a bottle of wine waiting for us! Also chocolates and some nice snacks. So nice after a long days drive to get there. The deck was so nice as well. It was shady and breezy. The TV was a smart TV so we could log right in to our favorite apps, have our usual evening TV after a busy day and log out when we left. I would stay there again.
