Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave used towels and robes in the hamper or in a pile on the bed. The cleaner will strip the beds and pillows.
Leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and not the sink.
Take out any kind of trash. Report damages to the host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping indoors. Guests must clean up after themselves in all shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room, gym).
Guests must respect quiet hours (10pm-8am)

Most well-equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, and thank goodness for it. My luggage was lost when flying into town, and all of the provided toiletries were a game changer. Too add, the house was very clean and well furnished throughout. I also had a lot of down time while in town, and the pool table was a great way to pass time! If I ever have to stay in Fayetteville again, it'll be here.
