About this property
Whistler - Glacier Lodge 113
With views of the forest, this studio is ideal for guests seeking a low-maintenance space that will still provide full comfort and convenience. The kitchenette is perfect for storing take-out in the mini-fridge or just enjoying a cup of coffee. The ground-floor location means you'll be close to the action and won't have to walk far when you're ready to rest from a long day on the mountain. During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. Hop onto Blackcomb Gondola and venture up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters/1,427 feet high that runs guests from Blackcomb Mountain over to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. If you're visiting at a warmer time of year, mountain bike enthusiasts will enjoy attending the Summer Crankworx festival. The nearby Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre offers history lessons on the indigenous peoples of the area (and delicious bannock) and is under one mile from the condo. Tiny, dark and old but adequate for short stay
Its quite a dark room, only a small window and no central light. Dated run-down furniture but comfortable bed and good shower. Coffee maker, fridge plus stocked with cups and utensils.

No kitchen
I didn’t notice that this room doesn’t have a kitchen when I booked, and the refrigerator doesn’t have a frozen part.

Need of updates
The staff are friendly at the front desk.
The pool is heated and the location is a 5 min walk from the Village activities. It’s a ski in location from Blackcomb.
The residence is old fashioned, with dvd and no smart TV for Netflix but full cable. The place is outdated and the mattress was soft. The shower had some mould on the grout. It does have a patio for the summer but I am not sure if it accessible as there is no door from the suite.
In comparison of the other places I have stayed this one was very underwhelming.

Okay
Very outdated, no air conditioning and right across from gym, constant door closing all night long. Had to have the portable fan running the entire time. There were no face cloths provided. Was there for work so not in room a lot, but would not stay in this unit again as did not sleep well.

Would NOT recommend. Too expensive for this tired and dirty room
The room had not been updated in many years. There was no AC and the windows only opened a little; which provided only a small relief to the very warm weather. The room was dirty and there was food trapped under glass tabletop. The chair was broken/loose and had to be tightened or it would have failed. There was no cutlery or toaster. The bathroom was disgusting with mold on the ceiling, cracked toilet and sink and very tired all around.

First floor room was filthy. There was blood on shower curtain, dried up eye contact on the ground. Just dirty and the bed was super uncomfortable.
