The space

The Upper Unit at PINE unCONTAINED offers a thoughtfully designed modern stay with everything needed for a comfortable getaway. Inside, you’ll find a kitchenette with a microwave, hot plate, apartment-size refrigerator/freezer, and a beautifully finished bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower.

Outside, enjoy the spacious private upper deck featuring outdoor dining for four, rocking lounge chairs perfect for sunset views, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill.

Please note: the lower deck area is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the lower unit. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and avoid entering that space.

Parking is shared. One parking space in the adjacent driveway is reserved for upper-unit guests, while the second space is designated for the lower unit. Additional parking is available at the bottom of the hill if needed.

For safety, please be aware that the property includes a seasonal wildlife pond/open water area. Children and anyone needing assistance around water must be supervised at all times.
