Das Appartement ist sehr schön und sauber ,aber eher klein für max .3 Personen geeignet. Sehr schöne gemütliche, ruhige Terrasse zum chillen, mit schönem Ausblick in den gepflegten Garten. Zu Fuß zum Strand ca. 20 Min. Mit dem Auto nur 3 Min. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Verdunklung vor Schlafzimmerfenster wünschenswert. Es gab weder Vorhänge, noch Rollo oder Jalousie. Sehr ungünstig im Dunkeln.

Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig. Die Wohnungen sind allerdings sehr "hellhörig" Also wenn jemand gewohnt ist wie ein Trampel zu laufen, überträgt sich das Gebumse bis sonst wohin. Vor allem aus den oberen Wohnungen. Insgesamt war das aber eine gelungene Urlaubswoche. Man erreicht zu Fuß alles Wichtige im Ort und auch den Strand innerhalb von 15-20 Min.An der Ausstattung der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu mäkeln. Hüsch eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht an Gerätschaften für den Haushalt und Küche.

Angelurlaub in Neustadt

Wir sind leider am Abend gekommen. In der Tiefgarage kein automatisches Licht. Man stellt das Auto ab und muss erstmal einen Lichtschalter suchen. Ebenso der Weg zur Wohnung wurde nicht ausgeleuchtet und man stolperte die kleinen Wege bis zum Ziel. Wer Dark Room Erfahrung hat, ist im Vorteil. Duschkabinentür war ausgeharrt, alle Uhren in der Wohnung waren entweder noch auf Sommerzeit oder aus. Anlagemöglichkeiten im Bad, selbst für 2 Personen leider schon viel zu wenig. Mehr als Rasierer und Handseife ging nicht. Alle Lichtschalter befanden sich nach der sich nach innen öffnenden Zimmertür.... Totale Fehlplanung. Ansonsten gemütliche Raumausstattung, aber nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Hausmeister kam wenigstens nächsten Morgen und hat noch ein Spannbettlaken für das Kinderzimmer nachgereicht. Mit meinem Angelfreund wollte ich nicht im Ehebett schlafen 😂🤣 Ansonsten hatte wir eine erfolgreiche Angelzeit. Vielen Dank
