Sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung und sehr ruhig. Die Treppe ist nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. Unser Hund hat sich nicht alleine runter getraut, aber mit 12 kg konnten wir ihn tragen. Es gibt ein Gitter, damit Kinder nicht runter fallen können. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war toll. Super Lage, gute Ausstattung. Leider fehlt eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Elternschlafzimmer. Am Schlimmsten an unserem Urlaub war leider die Belästigung durch die unfreundliche Nachbarin aus Haus Nr.33. Diese ist sehr empfindlich was Geräusche durch weinende oder bockige kleine Kinder angeht und war überaus unfreundlich zu uns. Wir werden deshalb leider keinen Aufenthalt mehr in dieser Unterkunft buchen.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war schön geräumig und alles nötige war vorhanden. Ein Grill war auch vor Ort, das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Insektenbefall und Feuchtigkeit im Objekt

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir zu Schädlingsbekämpfern. Haben Insekten, hier eine Mottenart im 3 stelligen Bereich entfernt. Kein Sende im Sicht. Die unteren Räumlichkeiten riechen nach Feuchtigkeit, was Stockflecken bestätigen. Weitere kleinere Mängel in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Die FeWo ist sehr wohnlich und angenehm eingerichtet, man hat das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Die Lage ist top, in nur wenigen Geh-Minuten ist man an der Strandpromenade oder auch in der Geschäftszone von Grömitz. Die Abwicklung der Buchung lief schnell und reibungslos. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, allerdings ist die max. Auslastung mit 6 Personen aus meiner Sicht nicht erstrebenswert. Wir waren 1 Woche zu Viert im Urlaub und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt und gern weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben vorher bei der gleichen Ferienvermietung in einer gleich schönen Wohnung in der Nähe des Zoos Arche Noah gewohnt. Die Wohnung war günstiger. Ich würde immer wieder die etwas teurere Wohnung nehmen, da der Spaßfaktor durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand deutlich höher ist. Man geht einfach auch Abends öfter noch einmal zum Strand.
