This charming 100-year-old farmhouse with mountain views is set at 1,600 meters in the forest of Kasern/Prettau in South Tyrol, near the Austrian border. Enjoy the surrounding nature from the cozy, heated house through floor-to-ceiling windows. The chalet features 6 bedrooms (3 with a single bed each), a washroom with 2 showers, a separate guest WC, and a well-equipped kitchen offering breathtaking views of the Zillertal Alps and Rieserferner mountains. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a wooden box with board games for relaxing evenings by the South Tyrolean farmhouse stove. A private garden invites you to unwind and breathe in the fresh, clean mountain air.
The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away (2.6 km). Only 100 m away is the visitor center of the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, offering cross-country ski rental and hiking opportunities. For skiing, the Klausberg Ski Arena is just 20 minutes by car (14 km). The closest airports are in Bolzano and Innsbruck (Austria), both about a 1.5-hour drive away.
