A free parking space is available for you in the underground parking garage (No. 17) right next to the building.
You can reach the apartment on the 2nd floor via the staircase or by elevator.
Special Note: This apartment is designated as a NON-SMOKING apartment. Since we’d like to welcome YOU as a smoker as well, you’re allowed to smoke on the balcony—but only there, and only with an ashtray you bring yourself :-).

This stylish vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
In the living room, you’ll find a modern couch and an armchair with a footstool, a dining table with 4 chairs in front of the balcony window, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
The bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious closet. You can adjust the color of the LED lighting to suit your mood.
The bathroom includes a shower with a partition, a sink, and a raised wall-mounted toilet.
The modern high-gloss kitchen is equipped with everything a kitchen needs: a ceramic cooktop, oven, overhead range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and much more.
All windows are equipped with exterior blinds.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
