A free parking space is available right next to the building (subject to availability). You can access it from Am Stadtpark.
You can reach the apartment on the 1st floor via the staircase or the elevator.
The apartment is designated as a NON-SMOKING apartment. Since we’d also like to welcome YOU as a smoker, you’re allowed to smoke on the balcony—but only there, and only if you bring your own ashtray :-).
A variety of pillows are available for you to choose from.
We also provide a landline phone connection and free Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped. Enjoy the sun and tranquility on the south-facing balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
In the living room, a super comfortable TV armchair and a couch—which can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa (150x190 cm)—invite you to listen to music, read a book, or watch a movie and unwind. You can enjoy a nice meal or play a game at the dining table in front of the large window.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
