Other Things to Note:

Pool and spa heating for under 30 nights stays:

Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $169 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum.

Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay.

Please note that any unauthorized use of the spa or pool heater will incur an additional charge.



Monthly rentals require a utility fee of $25-44 /day

Using the pool heater or a spa daily will increase the daily fee $30-$50 additionally. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool and spot ahead of time.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.
