• The deposit is returned within 1 to 2 business days after checkout once the key fob is confirmed returned.

• Valid proof of return is required. Please submit a clear photo or video showing the key fob returned successfully.

• Failure to return the fob, or if it is lost, will incur replacement charges as outlined in the house rules.
