The holiday home "Oasis of Relaxation with Private Pool" is located in Tanaunella, Budoni, a village on Sardinia’s east coast, and enchants with its idyllic charm and bright, modern interiors. The 60 m² home offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The barrier-free accommodation also features air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. In the fenced 600 m² garden, you will find a covered parking space, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Enjoy the mild summer air with a glass of wine with your loved ones.



A restaurant and the nearest supermarket are just 350 m away, about a 4-minute walk. The highlight of this cottage is its convenient location near the beautiful beaches of Sardinia’s east coast: Porto Ainu Beach, Sant’Anna Beach, Capannizza Beach, and Budoni Beach are all 2–3 km away and easily reached on foot or by car.

Ideal für Kinder

Wir haben im Oasi del relax eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit weiteren Ferienhäusern. Auf einer Seite grenzt das Haus an eine Wiese, die anderen Häuser sind genug weit entfernt, was ein hohes Mass an Privatsphäre bietet. Der Garten ist für Kinder ideal zum Spielen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub an einem schönen Ort mit unglaublich freundlichen Menschen.

Pros: Alles, das Haus war optimal. Der Kontakt erstklassig. Eine Frage gestellt, schon Antwort bekommen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt . Terrasse war gross und der Rasen sehr gepflegt. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Cons: Darauf haben wir keine Antwort weil alles Top war 🤗

Pros: Casa in ottime condizioni, arredamento completo e moderno, zona tranquilla, supermercato molto vicino, le foto rispecchiano esattamente la proprietà. La proprietaria Manuela è una persona squisita veramente attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. La sua collaboratrice Graziella è attenta e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato Cons: Nulla da segnalare

Not air conditioned like expected

This was a beautiful property to stay in. It was a bit difficult locating the exact home and there is no identifying information on the street or the home. The owner and property manager were fast to answer. We experienced problems with the air conditioning. It only in 1 small living area. It was very hot to sleep in the bedrooms as it does not reach there. 2 small fans were provided but did not circulate much air. We purchased some fans to make sleeping more bearable. They looked at the air conditioning a couple time but we were told they were not going to do anything about it.
