Its close proximity (400 m as the crow flies) to Lake Waginger offers you the perfect blend of relaxation in a modern setting and access to the stunning Bavarian Alpine landscape.

The large garden is perfect for relaxing in the sun, especially in the summer, and offers plenty of space for guests of all ages.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find plenty of information about places to visit around Lake Waging, the Chiemgau region, and the Salzburg area. As your hosts, we’re always available by phone.

Petting is an idyllic Bavarian village with all the shops you need for daily necessities. All around the village—including right outside your front door—you’ll find excellent hiking and biking trails set against a stunning mountain backdrop. A family-friendly beach is just a few minutes away by bike. By car, you can reach the Ruhpolding Biathlon Center, cross-country ski trails, and alpine ski areas in about 30–40 minutes. Another advantage is the immediate proximity to Salzburg, the city of Mozart, with all its sights (20 minutes by car).

We recommend traveling by car, though you can easily leave your car behind and explore the area by bike.
The Munich–Salzburg rail line is a 10-minute drive away.
Salzburg Airport is about a 20–30-minute drive away.
