The holiday home ‘Casa Oasis’ boasts a central location in Tías. The charming house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer and a television. The highlight of this property is its private outdoor area where you can relax under the sun and switch off from the world. This includes a pool, an open terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 2-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away (450 m). After just 9 minutes driving (5.8 km) you will arrive at the nearest beach (Playa Grande) where you can unwind on the soft sand. Furthermore, Lanzarote airport can be reached by car in just 7 minutes driving (6 km).



The pool is heated all year at 27Cº. (No need to request it and no extra fee involved).

Holiday

Tias is a lovely place to stay and we had a very relaxing holiday. We also hired a car for the duration of the break and Tias was a good central point for driving to other places of interest on the island.

A beautiful, clean home in perfect surroundings

Pros: The pool was the star of the show, my children spent most of their time in it. The whole house was clean and the facilities were great. It’s close to central Tias and several bus stops nearby. Jorge was an excellent host. He is helpful and kind and made us feel at home. We’ve already booked to stay again next year as we loved it. Cons: No negatives

Lovely House

Lovely house with everything you need and a great pool. The house is in a very quiet location and around a 5-10 min walk to the nearest supermarket. You're a 5 min walk away from the main road which has a few local bars/restaurants on. The bars/restaurants are quiet. If you fancy something more lively you can catch the bus into Puerto Del Carmen (Old Town) for 1.40 and it takes around 10 mins.

Pool is a real treat

The house is as the photos show and is surrounded by other private homes, not other holiday lets. Be prepared to be overlooked and for the neighbours not to be on holiday and going about their everyday lives. The property to the rear is clearly used for a building or construction business and there was some noise but only twice. There is no parking except on the street but we always managed to get a space. There are no instruction manuals for any appliances except the air con so be prepared to Google. No spare linens or towels are left, hence the tumble dryer. Our only negative was there is no separate brush and mop for the outdoor areas so we could not keep them as clean as we would have liked. Also tea towels are provided but no cloths or cleaning product except washing up liquid and a few dishwasher tablets. The terrace to the side is shaded all day and the sun is on the pool from 10am to 4pm (we stayed late November). The bed in the room we chose was very comfortable and the property was clean on arrival. We would stay again

As can be seen in the photographs in the property description, the pool area is surrounded by high walls to ensure guests' privacy is protected. We are sorry you were able to hear some neighbours a few times during your stay, this is unusual, and we hope it didn’t bother you too much. It is true that there is no private parking available at the property and we are pleased to hear you were always able to get a space. The property host, Jorge, is always available to help guests during their stay and is happy to help with explaining how appliances operate. Bed linen and towels are not normally changed in self-catering holiday properties, like they are in hotels; this is at the discretion of the owner, who may provide this service on request, or for longer stays. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use. We note your comments regarding cleaning products. As this is a self-catering property, not all products are provided, although there are some basics to help you settle in, before you are able to get to the supermarket to stock up. This allows you flexibility in the products you choose. Jorge is on hand to assist if needed. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette maison grande, bien agencée, bien équipée !La piscine est bien chaude ! Un plaisir après une journée de randonnée !Le propriétaire est très discret mais très efficace.L'emplacement est parfait ! Pas loin de l'aéroport, central dans l'île, avec tous les commerces accessibles à pied !Merci beaucoup

Dejligt sommerhus i rolige omgivelser

Pros: Fantastisk med egen pool, og meget rolige omgivelser. Perfekt til afslappende ferie. Cons: Der var desværre myrer, rigtig mange myrer. Så alt mad skulle pakkes ind. Huset kan rumme 6 personer, men så mangler der service. Men er sikker på udlejer ville skaffe det, havde vi haft det problem. Vi var 4. Der var perfekt.

Agradable

Pros: Lo que más me gustó fue la zona de la barbacoa, el salón y la piscina, es muy acogedor. Cons: Un poco falta de limpieza, habían plásticos que no eran nuestros, pelos, y detrás de la puerta de una habitación había basurilla, como si se hubiera olvidado recoger la basura con la pala.
