Modern beach very nice villa. Quiet area with private pool and very large well-kept garden.
Restaurant & shop within walking distance.

The villa is located in the south of Menorca in Binibeca Nou, only 300 m from the beautiful sandy Binibequer Beach and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Newly renovated, south-west oriented villa with sea view, three bedrooms for six people each with air conditioning cold / warm, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room with washing machine, all windows with fly screens , a bathroom / shower room and a shower room each with washbasin and toilet , all rooms on one Floor, free WiFi, satellite TV and DVD, very large garden and fantastic terraces with a private 52m2 pool.
Bedroom:
1st bedroom with double bed and new mattress
2nd bedroom with two single beds and new mattresses that can be pushed together
3rd bedroom with two single beds and new mattresses
Kitchen: Very modern, new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine / Nespresso
Bathroom:
1. Bathroom with a small bathtub and shower, toilet and double sink
2. Shower room with toilet and washbasin

We have an official license from the Spanish Authority for Holiday Rentals with license number ET3164ME.

From May 1st to October 31st we rent a week or several whole weeks with Saturday as the arrival or departure day.

After the booking has been made, you will receive the rental contract, which you should send back to us, either scanned or photographed, signed.

Activities: Within five minutes on foot you can reach a diving school and canoe rental. In 7 minutes by car there is a large water fun park (Splash Sur Menorca).

Restaurants: Various restaurants and bars are within a 10-minute walk in Torret and Binibeca Vell, Pueblo Pescadores.

Shopping: Various shops within a 3 - 10 minute walk and the Sa Botiga de S'Uestra supermarket within 7 minutes by car.

Disco: Cova d'en Xoroi in Calan Porter (Dragon's Cave) in 20 minutes by car.

Capital Mahon: 20 minutes by car

Airport: 25 minutes by car

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bins Perla. Perfect for our family, gorgeous beach just minutes away, good supermarket near by as well as pleasant restaurants. Beautiful home in Binibequer, highly recommend!

The house, yard and pool were so lovely and just as described, the property manager was very communicative and the check in process was very easy. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone visiting Menorca! My family and I had the best time and an enjoyable stay!

The property is very well equipped and in a prime location. The mid stay cleaning was very welcome and efficiently carried out. In the high winds this week one of the brollys up by the pool was blown over and damaged.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is very well located. Close to the sea. There is a small village for shopping. The house is very quiet and has all the amenities described in the ad.

Beautiful holiday villa in a perfect location

The villa was excellent, newly decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a lovely outdoor eating area. The pool was great, a nice size and well maintained. Above all is the excellent location just minutes from the beach and restaurants and with a lovely sea view. All requirements for a wonderfully relaxing holiday!

Beautiful house in wonderful location

We loved this house! The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful house in a quiet area with amazing beach access. The pool is perfect for hot afternoons. Everything is nearby, a few restaurants and stores. Loved it and would come back again.

Review of Biniperla

We were delighted with the property. It is a very clean, well kept and comfortable house and the garden is lovely. The swimming pool is also in good condition. It is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Having a car meant that we could explore the island at ease. We would certainly love to return.

Please be aware that this property is not fully air conditioned. The bedrooms have AC but the public rooms do not . Overall the property is in need of maintenance, tiles are broken in and around the pool and the pool area is dirty tired concrete flooring .The bedrooms are poorly furnished and bath rooms are dated For a property that is for 6 people , the lounge area only has enough seating for 5 !!!The location is good , but that’s about it . Over priced and under whelming . We won’t be back .

Dear guest Thank you very much for your evaluation. Aircon: In each bedroom is an aircon and each equipment is for about 50m2. Normaly the guests stay outside in summer and not inside the house. If they would of course they can do it because the equipments are for more than 150m2. It is enough aircon for the hole house. About the aircon in the house it is written in the explanations of the house on the webside. Bathroom: They are 2 bathrooms refurbished in 2021 and the pictures are also in the explanations of the house on the webside. Price: Renting a house in August means to pay the highest price of the season in the southern part of Europe. If it is to spend less it would be possible in May, June, September or October. Regards

Wonderful stay!

our family of 6 absolutely loved our stay. The lovely villa is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, short walking distance to the beach as well as to Cala Torret for several delicious restaurants and to Binibeca Vell for more restaurants and shopping. The pool was fabulous, great temperature and so nice to be able to use when coming back from a day at the beach or out and about. Air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms during the evenings and house stayed fairly cool during the daytime. Plenty of storage/drawers in bedrooms and hangers for clothes. Lovely outdoor areas for dining, kitchen was well stocked. Host was very responsive to all my questions both ahead of the trip and while we were there. Definitely considering a return trip, thank you!

Villa was in an excellent location, 25 mins fromAirport but next to a beautiful beach which was clean and had clear shallow water. The walk down to the beach has a few steps so not for the less bodily abled. The walk into Calla Torret is 15 minutes with restaurants and a small supermarket. Very convenient. You can take the little train into Binibecer Vell and back but we had to drive down to Punta Prima to get on as it was full by the time it got to our local stop. Large supermarket called Eroski only a 12 min drive away. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in communal areas but this was fine. Full stocked kitchen with everything you might need which was great. Coal bbq which was used lots for dinners. Communication with owners was via Vrbo messaging only but the response was very quick so no worries and everything we needed sorting out was done immediately which was appreciated.All in all an excellent stay.

A wonderful villa in a wonderful location

The villa itself is modern and clean with bright living areas, cosy bedrooms and an up-to-date kitchen. There's plenty of outdoor space and the rear terrace offers some lovely views down the hill toward the sea. The towels and bed linen were changed weekly by cleaners, the pool was also cleaned once a week, and some gardeners visited regularly to keep everything looking nice n' tidy outside. Our host was great, super helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We visited in mid-May and really enjoyed the tranquility. The road outside was quiet, as was the area immediately surrounding the villa. There is a public pathway that runs down the hill directly next to the villa (you can see it in one of the photos) so don't be surprised to occasionally see people passing by. Binibeca Nou is a beautiful little town with a clutch of excellent seafront restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. The beach is gorgeous and there's a picturesque picnic area in the woods behind it. Binibeca Nou sits on the famous Cami de Cavalls trail so it's well worth taking a long hike in either direction along the coast and discovering all the amazing coves and beaches. We loved our stay at Villa Bini Perla. It was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Très beau séjour

Une maison parfaite dans un quartier très agréable. Un escalier et 3 minutes plus tard vous êtes sur la plage. Nous avons ouvert la saison, la maison était très propre et avec toutes les commodités. Chacun a pu trouver sa place avec de beaux espaces dans les chambres avec beaucoup de rangements. La salle de bain et la salle d'eau sont très appréciables. Mais surtout que de senteurs dans le jardin... L'espace piscine est parfait et en hauteur avec vue mer et même un bout de Majorque par temps clair. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner sur toute l'île et les grandes surfaces à quelques minutes. À l'extérieur beau barbecue. Bref tout y est, un séjour parfait, à réitérer.

Une villa super sympa, très accueillante, très calme, une belle piscine et des grandes terrasses, on se sent bien immédiatement, d’une propreté irréprochable. Le matériel cuisine est neuf et de qualité, les lits sont confortables avec des draps et serviettes en bon état. Je conseille à 100 pour 100 sans restriction. Aucun point négatif à signaler. Facile d accès, belle vue, la mer (plage de sable) à côté.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Einige Restaurants in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider ist die Strandbar schon länger geschlossen. Zugang zur Villa mit Schlüsselsafe ohne Probleme. WLAN Passwort leider erst nach Nachfrage beim Vermieter. Es war leider kein deutsches TV eingestellt ( Antennenprobleme? Receiver ?) aber die Schweizer Freunde des Hausbesitzers haben am 2. Tag Abhilfe geleistet und als Entschädigung uns eine gute Flasche Rotwein geschenkt. Danke nochmal.

Séjour de rêve

Pour notre deuxième séjour à a Minorque, nous avons choisi cette villa qui a rempli toutes nos espérances et même au-delà. A 5mn à pied d'une plage de sable fin avec une eau turquoise. A 8mn a pied d'un supermarché. Villa hyper bien équipée et spacieuse, bien située et entourée d'espaces fleuris, au calme. Très rare de trouver une cuisine aussi bien équipée et moderne : vaisselle, électroménager, ustensiles, placard ... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces extérieurs et notamment la terrasse ombragée près de la piscine, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Merci à Ayhan, notre hôte, qui a su réagir et agir rapidement suite à quelques soucis techniques à notre arrivée. Ce fut un plaisir de communiquer avec vous.
