We have been visiting St. Petersburg for years and truly fell in love with the energy of the city — the waterfront lifestyle, the walkable downtown, the beaches, and the sense of community. When the opportunity came to purchase this townhome, I chose it as a starter home because it offered something special: peaceful marina living just minutes from everything that makes St. Pete so vibrant.

You can enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water and quiet sunset strolls along the docks, yet you’re only a short drive to St. Pete Beach, downtown restaurants, museums, and local events. The townhome itself is designed to feel like a true home rather than a vacation rental — comfortable, refined, and thoughtfully furnished for extended stays.
