Comfortable "Jakob" Vacation Apartment (45 m²) with a Fully Equipped Kitchen

Our vacation rental, with over 45 m² of living space, accommodates 2 people. The cozy living room with a sleeper sofa spans two floors and is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle, has everything you need. The vacation rental has one bedroom with a double bed. The spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the overall experience. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. In our small shop, you can purchase regional products such as eggs, pasta, Maultaschen, and granola directly at the Zwergbachhof. A deposit of 100 EUR may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Pets are not allowed. Meals: none. Key pickup takes place in person or as individually arranged. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., or as otherwise arranged. The house features a common area with a kitchen, seating, and a TV. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available to all guests in our utility room. Bedding, towels, and kitchen linens, as well as a parking space, are included. Bicycles can be parked in a covered, lockable area. If needed, the sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 1–2 additional guests. A crib, high chair, and baby monitor are available upon request. There are seating areas in the courtyard and on the terrace in front of the common room.
