Welcome to Apartment 22 in Building 3 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!

This cozy two-room apartment, decorated in warm colors and featuring a beechwood-style interior, sleeps four: perfect for a family with two children!

The combined living, dining, and bedroom area features a cozy corner sofa, a large round dining table for shared meals, game nights, or planning your next adventures, as well as a large, comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. A curtain provides privacy by separating the sleeping area from the living area when needed.
The separate children’s bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, an additional TV, and a two-door wardrobe.
Roller shades and curtains on the windows ensure privacy and undisturbed sleep. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.
The small built-in kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the interior, functional shower room, you’ll find a shower with a fixed shower screen and a low threshold, a hair dryer, an outlet, and a lighted mirror.
From the furnished balcony, you’ll have a side view of the sea and can enjoy a sunny spot here from noon until evening.

Thanks to its location near the beach, you can be on the new promenade and with your feet in the warm sand in just a few minutes. The South Beach is patrolled by the DLRG during the swimming season and is perfect for a vacation with children—not only because of this, but also due to the shallow water, the frequently appearing sandbars, the beach chair rentals, the new playgrounds on the beach, and the entertainment team at the “Kinderinsel.”

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
