This cozy house, newly built in 2021, is nestled in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. It’s centrally located yet ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with a private swimming pool and a magnificent view of the mountains. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine-sand beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance.
A welcoming tavern, bakery, and supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation homes are situated on a large property with many olive and walnut trees, plane trees, and other plants. The only immediate neighbors are a stream bed, a few ducks, and donkeys. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. We enjoy relaxing while taking in the stunning view of the mountains or simply strolling around the property and its immediate surroundings, discovering new plants along the way.
Nevertheless, everything is very close by car and easily accessible on foot. The location is ideal, situated between our unique sandy beach and the unspoiled mountain village of Potamia.
A true paradise far from the hustle and bustle, yet centrally located. The beach is just a 2-minute drive away, or about a 15-minute walk.
We recommend renting a car (we’d be happy to help with that) because there’s so much to discover on the island. You can park the car right in front of the house.
However, it’s not a must—everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike.
