Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Benitachell" 3.6 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.2 km, ferry "Denia" 21.8 km, sandy beach "Playa Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Cielo Azul", 5-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Krups Nespresso)). Shower/WC. Heating, gas heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Tolles Haus in tollerLage

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in ruhiger Traumlage, wobei die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer eine Renovierung notwendig hätten. Auch einen neuen Anstrich könnte das Haus vertragen. Die Betten sind einfach, aber mit ordentlichen Matratzen ausgestattet. Küche und Wohnbereich sind super! Wir haben uns trotz der in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Muy bien

La casa está muy bien, es muy grande y perfecta para grupos. Además está completamente equipada y es muy cómoda. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Lo único es que hay que tener cuidado con los mosquitos ....

Villa et vue sur mer magnifique!! Manque qq détails importants comme un frigo extérieur dans coin cuisine a l'extérieur. Souci d'eau chaude pendant le séjour.
