We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was responsive and kept us informed throughout our stay which was a pleasant experience. Lots of options kept everyone entertained. Our kids enjoyed the pool and all of the shops and amenities. We would love to stay hear again!

Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Only one issue. The code for lobby access didn’t work for us. Other than that our stay was great.

Convenient location

Condo is right in the village, walk to shops, dining, tennis and pickle ball. Short drive to the beach. Beautiful pool area right at the condo with heated pool and a hot tub. Condo was very nice, comfortable bed and nice patio. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean room, right at the ward so it’s a great location. Family friendly. House was quick to respond. Bed was super comfortable. Air worked great and was able to be adjusted to our comfort. Outside furniture needs to be repainted. It flakes off and got on our clothes. Be careful if you’re outside and are planning to go somewhere. It will get on your clothes. Outside area was nice and private. Kitchen was minimally stocked and was not high end. Seemed to be equivalent to dollar store. Recliners were broken, the feet would not stay up. But they were very comfortable. Not a smart TV in living room. Bedroom had a smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix. Nice to have a separate shower and tub. Great location and fabulous price.

Beautiful neighborhood with plenty to do!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! Room was beautiful & extremely clean. Well equipped for cooking. All essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels & bath towels were provided. The only 2 problems was the light switch that controls the lamp in the bedroom was broken & the A/C struggled bad to keep up, stayed around 75 most of the time, had it set on 70. We would definitely come back!

Our first Vacation

An amazing property. We feel like 117 is our second home. The staff and property management was friendly. It was like staying on a gated secluded island. The condo was clean which was very important to us. We loved it. We will return.

Overall pretty good

We love staying at Baytowne Wharf, it’s our second year to stay there. It was a clean and cute rental. Our main issue was the thermostat. It stayed at about 77 degrees the whole week we were there. We set it down to the lowest it would let us (62 I think) but it would not cool. We found a box fan in the closet and had to keep it blowing on us constantly. We would switch it back and forth from the bedroom to living room during day/night. Being 6 months pregnant, it was a little miserable. Being on vacation and trying to enjoy the pool/beach and coming back to 77 degrees is not fun. Especially when you’re paying a couple thousand. Hopefully they can address this because I can’t imagine what it’s like in July/August vs. May when we stayed. It would be a great rental if it weren’t for this issue. I’ll also add, the bedroom tv is not a smart tv. It’s one of the things we were looking for when deciding on a place. So that was a little disappointing. The living room tv is a smart tv, but you can only access Netflix. We had a series on Hulu we were hoping to watch, but it’s not even an option to download the app. Not a huge issue, we just made it a point to look for rentals with smart tvs and it ended up not being what we expected.
