The Space:

Come enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast in style. Stay with us at our elegant piece of paradise located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Relax with your loved ones and enjoy our panoramic view of the sugary white sand and emerald green water! The enticing balcony overlooks what Panama City Beach is known for; white sand and the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see! Views can be enjoyed from the private balcony, open floor plan, and the main suite.



This home away from home with tropical flair has been tastefully redecorated and updated in 2019. Featuring a nicely appointed and well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs in bedrooms, and a prime location in central Panama City Beach with outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby, this retreat is the best option out there.



THINGS TO KNOW

During Spring Break, all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years old unless it is children traveling with parents or legal guardians.

Beach chair service rentals are available from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31. This is not included in this rental.

Management was great but we saw several roaches in the kitchen during our stay. We stay at Ocean Villa every year but wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

Great time away!

Very nice, well appointed place, great views and large patio. Bed was nice and the pools and beach access was great! Management was accommodating and responded immediately to any needs.

What a great spot, seriously wow 👏

although towards the end of our trip was unfortunate due to the terrors of pamana city's weather, our stay was absolutely great, comfortable rooms, cute decorations, amazing views, I would definitely give it another stay.

Very Nice Condo

Girls trip with 4 women. Condo very clean, comfortable and decorated cute. Large balcony overlooking beach. Perfect location and only about a 15 min walk on the beach to Pineapple Willy’s. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful!!

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing that was wrong with it was the floors were not mopped and our feet would get really dirty.

Great VRBO Experience

Condo is beautiful and the view from the 20th floor is breathtaking. The water in Panama City is beautiful. We felt like we were in the Caribbean. I would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was as presented in the listing. The view was great! The location was good. Instructions for parking would have been helpful prior to arrival, as well as having a parking pass.

Perfect Condo - Perfect Week

Our stay turned out to be amazingly perfect. Hurricane Ian looked to possibly cause all kinds of issues during our stay but thankfully it all stayed south and it ended being perfect weather all week long. Sunny skies and beautiful sunsets. Our condo was cute and wonderful and the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Could not ask for anything more.

Home away from home

We stayed three weeks during the COVID19 pandemic and it became our home, a safe shelter from the crisis. Even though the beaches were closed, the condo provided all the comfort we needed and magnificent views. It was clean and spacious, and the kitchen perfectly equipped to cook on a daily basis. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was pretty quiet once the spring breakers left. Would love to return under more favorable circumstances.

They were a very pleasant couple of weeks, to repeat right here, but only if change the mattresses

The apartment is very nice, the management and receipt of packages are very helpful, the apartment is very well equipped, we were very happy, thank you, we would return to the same apartment but only if the shells are changed, the one in the main room is defective, sunken on the sides and with a mountain in the center, and the one in the other room extremely soft.

Beautiful, updated and cozy!

We loved our stay here. The home is beautifully updated and so comfortable - from the living room to the bedroom. The location is very close to restaurants and the beach view is gorgeous. Temps were in the low 50's so we didn't spend any time on the balcony, but we loved the option for lounging and/or dining outdoors. Parking was easy, elevators ran smoothly/quickly. Only update suggestion might be to add outlets with USB plug-ins. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. High ceilings and beautiful decor. Will definitely book here again!

Nice long week of vacation

Apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Cleaning Crew not that great: Bed Covers were dirty, blankets in closet were not washed and had musty smell and had ugly stains, Kitchen drawers were dirty, there was also a plastic mug half full with water in one of the top kitchen cabinets, Guess Bathroom bath top was almost clogged, water took long time to go down the drain after showering. Despite everything else was excellent will come back for sure

The dryer in our room didn't work, we had to dry clothes for 2 hours, and it took up my time that I could have spent on the beach! The curtains in the rooms were dirty, the ceiling lights were also dirty!!! The carpet in the middle of the room was so dirty we didn't use it and left it on the balcony, so my kids had to play on the tiled floor and it was very cold!!!!! Two days ago we saw cockroaches someone brought sticky tape for cockroaches!!! The door leading to the laundry room is broken, we wrote, but no one fixed it. We wrote about all this in the office and nothing was repaired!!

A Hidden Gem!

Our view from the large spacious balcony on the 20th floor was breathtaking!! Condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything was close by, including surf shops, grocery stores, superstore Walmart and many restaurants that we could walk to. However with that sunset view, from the balcony with a patio table and chairs, we had the best seat in the house and rarely dined out. Best pizza in town was a short walk across the street! Lots of hot water for showers! On cooler days the hot tub was very welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped! Smart TV and Netflix was available for free. Can’t wait to come back and bring my daughter on her reading week. Thanks to vacassa for easy checkin!

It worked for a last minute place to stay

The condo was nice, the balcony was huge and nice for the 4 of us to sit on at night and watch the waves. We had a good amount of room for the 4 of us but there was a couple things we wish had been different. For one, our room wasn't finished being cleaned even at 4:00pm. The master bathroom toilet was broke and never worked the entire time we stayed there. The cleaning lady said she had to get the part for the toilet and would be back after her shift in the morning at 8:00 am but we had been up late the night before with our family since it was July 4th so i guess we didn't hear her knocking the next morning and no one ever came back to fix it the rest of the week. The fridge had been kept open all day long before we got there so when we went to put our cold stuff in their after traveling all day it took over 24 hours for the fridge to get cold enough to keep our groceries cold. And the master bed was not very comfortable at all. There was an odd lump down the middle of it. Other then that it was fine for our family to stay in.
