The vacation rental is located in House 3, on the lower floor on the left; it measures approximately 70 m² and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a terrace. A parking space is available right next to the building.

The apartment is fully equipped and features window blinds: The large windows are electrically operated, while the small windows are manually operated from the inside.

Pets are allowed (€10.00 per day).
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 9:30 AM.



Lütow is located on the island of Usedom, about 6 km from Zinnowitz, right on the Achterwasser. The vacation apartments are spread across several vacation homes in a quiet location on the edge of the forest—ideal for anyone who wants to live close to nature while still being within easy reach of the seaside resorts. The beach is about 1.5 km away.

The town offers excellent tourist amenities: bike rentals, boat rentals, shopping, restaurants, and several beer gardens. You’re well connected even without a car: there are excellent public transportation options, including buses and a tourist train, to Zinnowitz. The property owner offers a train station shuttle service.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
