The Space:

This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A502 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. this home is beautifully decorated in peaceful blues and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Would stay again.

I enjoy the Waterscape a lot. This condo (A502) is dated and could use a deep cleaning but I would stay in it again. Also should be noted that’s it’s wayyyy at the front of the resort great for me but if I had to haul kids and kid stuff back and forth it would not be a good time.

Dirty floors

Smelled very clean when checking in and for the most part it was very satisfactory. However, immediately after entering and taking our shoes off our feet were very dirty. I mopped the floors and it made a world of difference. The beds were very comfortable and you had a great view. The other down sides were that the ice maker wouldn't dispense ice consistently... also the outdoor table was disassembled/broken and one of the lounge chairs was also broken

Fantastic view of ocean

We have a fantastic time. Best views from this condo. Included the beach chair service which was a good added touch. Tastefully decorated. Nic-picky stuff: 1) master bath shower door ajar 2) guest bedroom TV… couldn’t turn it on, but maybe it was me. 3). Dishwasher… do not work properly. I mean it would run, but not clean. We double washed everything. 4) refrigerator… works too well? Maybe a bit too cold. We brought bags of salad, but had to throw it away because it froze solid. 5). Lastly, I wanted a couple more large garbage bags for the kitchen. We were there for 3 nights and only had two kitchen bags. I like to keep everything clean so this one drive me crazy, next time I will bring a couple extra. Overall, I highly recommend.

Management of property bad

The unit itself needs an upgrade. Paint on walls very stained all over the entire place. Couch with bed very sunken cushions. Felt like sitting in a hole. Very uncomfortable. My legs fell asleep due to hole I was sitting in. Had to sit on other furniture rather than couch. Freezer had water leak. The biggest issue is that Vacasa screwed up my departure date and lock us out of our room for 4 hours. Called Vacasa help line 12 times getting new codes, which none worked. Final told the man on the phone to call the place directly to open it with the master key. Will never stay at any place that Vacasa manages.
