Things to Know

The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours.

Property was nice,but there was No bedding on master bed at check in, and they never never addressed the issue after multiple calls.. Vacasa was terrible,, I will NEVER book another Vacasa rental.

Beautiful location

Looking out from the living room we had a perfect unobstructed view of the Gulf. We all felt like we were on a cruise ship that wasn't moving. We were within walking distance of restaurants and bars. We all will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!!

Condo was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. We really loved the well stocked kitchen and tons of storage areas. The view was second to none!! The balcony was our favorite spot. It was huge with 3 sliding doors to enter or exit from two rooms and living room.

Condo was very spacious and the balcony views were amazing.

Very easy to book this unit. Check-in was very easy all handled on my mobile device. We did have an issue with the patio doors, which we reported but no one from management responded. Also parking spaces in the deck were very small. Most people were double parking and my car was scratched. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Never book with Vacasa Properties

While this condo location was amazing we had multiple issues and there was ZERO communication from the local property managers to the customer service number Vacasa and VRBO give you. I spent over 4 hours over the course of 2 days to get our issues fixed and had to spend additional money for an additional rental one day just to have a place to work from due to the fact the local staff was nulling to communicate with the National staff you have to deal with as a customer. When the local staff finally did show up they were completely rude to us. I will NEVER rent a Vacasa property again. All that being said I would highly recommend you find another company who has a Seawind condo available as they are in a perfect location and has beautiful beaches!

Needs some updating

Location great - but needs some things replaced. Beds- mattresses not comfortable, pillows& blankets need to be replaced. Pillows were hard - mattress cover made mattress loud/crunchy when moved- it was a plastic mattress cover??? Bunk beds were useless as they were very uncomfortable. There were not enough blankets on beds- we were cold. Bathroom towels were not soft- they were kind of harsh against skin. Kitchen cookware - non-stick fry pans/ cake pans/ sheet pans really used up and need to be replaced. Not enough toilet paper/paper towel/dishwasher tablets were left in the condo - we ran out. Also could have provided kleenex. Throw rugs should also be replaced as they looked very worn/dirty. Simple stuff to replace to make the place look and feel better- as the old stuff makes it look way too used up and dirtier.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! HAVE MORE COMPLAINTS THAN WHAT IS LISTED, BUT HIT WORD LIMIT

The only good things about this place were the patio view, and the convenience to the beach. As soon as I took my shoes off and started walking down the hall, I could feel all of the sand and dirt that were still left on the floors. The floors had not been cleaned! My sister in law ended up sweeping, and swept up mounds of sand! I understand that being a condo on the beach, there may be some sand leftover after cleaning. But this was way more than that. We have stayed at other beach houses before, and have never experienced floors this dirty! If you want to go out on the patio, or come back in, I hope you've been working out! Because you are going to need some muscle to get the glass doors to slide open! Even the men in our group had to use their body weight and pull multiple times to get the doors to slide open. The first bedroom door was not as bad. But the living room door, and the master bedroom door were horrible!! There was also an issue with the sliding bathroom door in the master bedroom. We could not get it to shut our first day there. I contacted vacasa, and was told that a local property manager would come by. Nobody ever did. Eventually, we were able to get it to close, and a ton of debris came out. Refrigerator would not cool. Took a full day for our stuff to finally start getting cold. Contacted Vacasa, and nobody ever came out. Only provided 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of tp per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc for a 5 day stay. Not enough

Excellent choice

Highly recommend! Location is perfect, walkable to many restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. The view is breathtaking and unit was very clean and just as advertised. The only complaint I had was the water pressure wasn't the greatest, but had worse, it won't stop me from chosing this unit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent View

This property is even better than the pictures! The view is second to none and unlike most places, the outdoor furniture was actually very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked. We didn't want to leave!
