We're especially glad we were able to quickly address the maintenance issue during your stay. We're sorry to hear about the incident with your vehicle. Fortunately, it sounds like no items were taken, but we certainly understand how unsettling that can be. The home is located just two blocks from Butler University in a well-established residential neighborhood. While incidents like this can unfortunately occur in any larger city, guest safety is very important to us. For added security, we do offer gated parking behind the home, which many guests choose to utilize during their stay.
