Centered in the Charnwood Historical and Azalea District, this tastefully remodeled spacious (~1500 sq. ft.) duplex is just blocks from 3 hospitals, downtown Tyler, two parks, and one of the best BBQ joints in Texas!



If you are in Tyler for pleasure our location provides easy access for all the good things Tyler has to offer.



The Space:

The unit has a security system with exterior security cameras, door sensors, CO detector, smoke detectors, an electronic deadbolt/entry keypad on each external door. The living room and both bed rooms have a ceiling fan. Mirrors and make-up areas are provided in each bedroom. 120v and USB charging is available on a night stands in each bedroom.



If you are in Tyler for work there is an office with high speed internet for getting things done.



The Neighborhood:

The Unit is located in the Charnwood Historical District, one of Tyler's oldest designated historical areas. Some of the oldest homes in Tyler are located nearby. Recent renovation projects in the area have brought these old beauties back to their original splendor.



Interaction with Guests:

We live just a block from the unit, in fact, you can just see our historic home from the unit's west facing windows. We are usually available for you, should you need anything.
