Welcome to this recently renovated 3500 square-foot house in one of Washington's most exclusive neighborhoods - the Palisades. A historic DC community where families can stroll to nearby restaurants or the Capital Crescent Trail (2 blocks away) and walk, Uber or bus to Georgetown. Interested in a drive to Shenandoah? Antiquing in Leesburg Virginia? Historic Glen Echo Park? Everything is minutes away. Downtown DC and Reagan National airport are 15-20 minutes away by car.

The home has an open floor plan with high ceilings and numerous areas to spend time with (and without) other travelers. The fully equipped chef's kitchen and large family room are the heart of this home, and the perfect place to spend time enjoying each others' company or watching a movie on the 70-in TV.

With two master suites and a third child's room (also with its own full bath), and another lounging/sleeping area in the basement (with another full bath), the home accommodates up to 6 guests very comfortably.

The Main Master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a balcony overlooking the back patio and garden, and a "wet room" style bathroom with heated floors, multiple shower heads, and a jetted tub. The home's five bathrooms offer comfort and convenience throughout the stay.

The house has both an upstairs and a downstairs laundry room.

Outside, the house is glorious in the summer. It has a stone patio, outdoor fireplace, and a large front porch that are perfect for unwinding after a day out or enjoying summer nights.
