This was a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean and the beds were so comfortable! It’s a very pet friendly community at the Caribbean. I highly recommend this unit! Also, Jimmy the owner was so very helpful and patient!

The penthouse view from the balcony was simply amazing! We honestly loved everything about this condo! The complex is relatively small (only 32 units); therefore, access to the elevator, fitness room, and pool were seamless. Another bonus is that the condo is pet-friendly; thus, we were able to enjoy the company of our small dog as well. We will definitely plan to stay at this corner balcony condo again!

Condonitself was clean and everything worked as it should. Beds were clean and comfortable. It was a little chilly when we visited so we didnt use the outside pool. We did use the inside pool which was heated and the kids enjoyed that. Exterior of the condo could use some updating which would fall onto the condo association and not the owner of the property. We enjoyed our stay and the condo itself.

The primary bathroom shower constantly drips causing a mildew/mold issue in the shower. The sheets, towels, and pillows are all cheap and old. There was molded, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Most of the glasses I pulled out of the cabinets needed to be cleaned. All of the smoke detectors went off randomly one morning and my dog and I had to evacuate the property for over two hours. It took over an hour to get in touch with anyone about the issue. My dog was then traumatized by the overwhelming noise and refused to go back in. The property also has numerous sego palms all over it, which are highly toxic to dogs. The beach was not dog friendly, only the condo property. Lastly, the parking pass says check-out is at 10am, but it’s at 9am sharpe! This was not the relaxing trip I had planned for.

My wife and I own and manage several vacation rental properties in Gulf Shores. I was born and raised in Kentucky, and for many years our family vacationed along the beautiful beaches of Alabama!

After vacationing here for more than 20 years, we finally made the move to Gulf Shores in January 2020. What started as family vacations quickly turned into a place we were proud to call home.

We truly love this area and everything it has to offer, and we’re confident that once you experience it, you’ll love our new city just as much as we do! My wife, our three daughters, six grandchildren, and I have always loved the warm weather, white sand beaches, and relaxed coastal lifestyle here.

Now that we’ve settled in the area, we enjoy helping guests experience everything that makes Gulf Shores such a special place. Our goal is to provide comfortable, well-maintained condos where families and friends can relax, enjoy the sunshine, and create their own beach memories!

Our daughter, Bethany, manages our properties and will be able to provide you with quick responses to any questions or concerns you may have! We truly appreciate every guest who stays with us and look forward to hosting you!
