We are just a short drive away from Warwick University, Jaguar Land Rover, Ricoh Arena, Birmingham NEC and all that Warwickshire has to offer. The Space: Nicely decorated house with a peaceful homely feel in a quite area. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and amazing garden area with bench. There is 1 double bed and 3 single beds in the property with good sized living and dining room with a separate kitchen fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. FREE high speed WIFI available and included in the nightly rate. Smart TV available with FREE use of Netflix so that you can binge watch your favourite Netflix shows during your downtime.
